My Product Design Approach
Observe users
I watch how people actually use products—not how we think they'll use them. Where do they hesitate? Where do they get stuck? That's where the real problem is.
Identify friction
Every friction point is an opportunity. Confusing flows. Missing information. Unclear next steps. I find what's blocking adoption and retention.
Design better flows
Then I design—but not in isolation. I balance what users need with what's technically feasible. The solution serves both, not one or the other.
Measure adoption
Did it work? I measure what matters: Do users adopt it? Do they stay? Do they recommend it? If the answer isn't yes, we iterate.
Test thoroughly
Validation isn't optional. Every design decision is tested with real users to ensure the solution actually solves the problem we identified.
